Hotel Asset Management

The area of Asset Management comprises the administration and supervision of hotel real estate on behalf of e.g. foreign property funds.


The task of an asset Manager is primarily the coordination between owner and leaseholder, including the following responsibilities:

Control of rental, leasing and service contracts

Regular preparation of an Activity Report about the property

Set-up and monitoring of budgets

Fiduciary administration of operating funds

Auditing of Accounts

Contract placing and tendering for e.g. engineering, building and craftsman services

Monitoring of janitor-tasks
